Policies
Payment
A $25 Non-Refundable deposit is required to book your appointment & will count towards your set. Cash, credit or debit is accepted for your remaining balance the day of your appointment.
Late Policy
Time is of the essence when it comes to lashes. A grace period of 10 minutes is given, should it go over the 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. Rescheduling is an option.
Other Policies
No Show Policy
We reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at the time of booking. Absolutely no refunds for no-shows.
Lash Fills
40% of the lash extensions must remain for a fill. If you have less than 40%, a full set will need to be booked. No foreign fills, if you have a set from another artist a removal and full set will gave to be booked.
Cancellations
Here at Nightfall Lash we understand unforeseen events happen & you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 48 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. If we are unable to fill the time slot we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee totaling to 50% of the service.
